Last week we made an important strategic announcement to redirect our resources to supporting future plant construction using an enhanced Bechtel plant design that makes significant engineering improvements in operations and economics.

We said that our focus will be on “terminal” or “hub” plants, with good access to multiple forms of transportation, multiple coals and multiple customers – overseas or in the U.S.

I spent some time earlier today talking with The Associated Press about these issues, and our ongoing permitting for a potential future plant in Wyoming.
